1. Install the extension
FlipSync runs in Google Chrome (or Edge or Brave) on a computer.
- Press Add to Chrome on the Chrome Web Store page, then Add extension.
- Pin FlipSync from the puzzle-piece menu so it's always one click away.
- FlipSync opens by itself. Come back to this page and it connects to your account.
Installed from the Chrome Web Store, FlipSync keeps itself up to date. Using an older downloaded copy? Remove it in chrome://extensions first.
1. Install the beta newest
New features land here first, before Google finishes reviewing them for the Chrome Web Store (that can take a few days). Use it if you want them now; otherwise stick with the store version.
- Already using FlipSync? Back up first in FlipSync › Settings › Backup: your items are stored inside the extension, and removing it deletes them.
- Remove the Chrome Web Store copy (right-click its icon › Remove from Chrome). Two copies would both post and check for sales.
- Unzip the download somewhere you'll keep it, like Documents.
- Open
chrome://extensionsand turn on Developer mode (top right). - Press Load unpacked and choose the unzipped flipsync folder, then restore your backup in Settings › Backup.
- Come back to this page and it connects automatically.
What's new in this version
The beta doesn't update itself: download it again for each new version. Chrome may show a "developer mode extensions" notice at start-up; that's normal for unpacked extensions. To go back, remove it and use Add to Chrome instead.

Once FlipSync is installed, reload this page and it connects automatically, or press the button that appears here.
FlipSync on your phone
Take photos and write listings on your phone. They wait for FlipSync on your computer, ready to post. To keep an eye on your inventory and sales there too, switch on Show my inventory on my phone in FlipSync's Settings.
On your phone, go to flipsync.co.uk/phone and sign in with this email. Add it to your home screen to keep it one tap away.
